Welcome! I’m Ms. Demi, Chief Operating Officer at Children Academy Schools.
My journey with Children Academy began at 14, helping my parents run our schools in Brick and Galloway. After years exploring the corporate world—from consulting on enterprise technology solutions in banking and healthcare to designing leadership programs for a Fortune 10 company—I’ve returned to where it all began, ready to serve and grow our community.
I hold a B.S. in Business from Boston University’s Questrom School, a Master’s in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education in Philadelphia and in the fall of 2025, I will begin my MBA at Columbia University in New York City. My mission is to blend strategic operations, innovation, and heart to elevate the educational experience for every child we serve.
Currently, I lead operations across our Galloway, Northfield, and Egg Harbor Township campuses. Outside the classroom, I’m passionate about global travel, practicing Mandarin, and creating community exhibitions at the intersection of art and technology.
